MITF Assay Linearity with Branched DNA Analysis on Lung Extracts

This supplementary figure demonstrates the linearity of the MITF assay through branched DNA analysis of RNA extracted from wild-type or B16-F10 tumor-bearing lungs to measure MITF mRNA expression levels. Various lung extract volumes (0.1, 0.5, 1, and 5 µl) were tested, confirming the robustness and accuracy of the assay even at different sample sizes.
