Vertical gardening is the practice of growing vegetables in a vertical space by using containers. This type of gardening takes less space, easier to harvest and maintain. They use less than 1/10th-1/15th of the water used in cultivation. Such production can produce horticulture crops where the field grown vegetables are not possible throughout the year. Saveer Biotech Ltd. developed a hydroponic system for Hero Moto Corporation that is associated with the project from beginning involving planning, manufacturing, installing and commissioning of the specially manufactured hydroponic greenhouse on the building’s rooftops. Instead of using soil, the gardeners use various growing media like pertile, coconut coir and more.

This type of gardening takes less space, easier to harvest and maintain. They use less than 1/10th-1/15th of the water used in cultivation. Such production can produce horticulture crops where the field grown vegetables are not possible throughout the year. Saveer Biotech Ltd. developed a hydroponic system for Hero Moto Corporation that is associated with the project from beginning involving planning, manufacturing, installing and commissioning of the specially manufactured hydroponic greenhouse on the building’s rooftops. Instead of using soil, the gardeners use various growing media like pertile, coconut coir and more. The idea to use this form of technique is to remove barriers between plant’s root, water and oxygen it needs to grow.

For practicing hydroponic system, you need to have following priorities: 1. You require a sunny wall space. 2. it’s support system should be strong. 3. The supporting wall should withstand the moisture. This form of gardening is the most flexible gardening systems. If you can get a harvest from container gardens, vertical gardens should not be a great deal then. The only demerit of hydroponic system is the cost of buying this system.
