  3. Future of Extension • Cooperative Extension is needed by people now more than ever • Opportunities for new funding to expand our programs to help Maryland’s residents • Extension will look and program differently as we move into the future

  4. MCE Strategic Plan • MCE must be clearly aligned with program priorities & funding sources • Achieving results: • Outcomes-based programming = statewide impact • Enhanced accountability • Improved funding • Greater identity
