  3. July Participant Engagement Report Process • Questionnaire Due on July 6 • MP-Level Reports sent on July 13 • Updated MP-Level Reports sent on July 17 • Response requested by July 20 • If needed, update responses to questionnaire ASAP • Dashboard Publish Milestone - July 24

Engagement Activities Updates • ENG.001 – Participant Design Underway • This activity was previously given with a Completion Date of April 30th, 2012 and was defined by the two questions: • TEC.SYS.05: What is your organization’s system design status? • TEC.INT.07: What is your organization’s external interface design status? • Updated this activity to refer to only the Participant System Design Underway since Completion Date of the Participant Interface Design Complete has passed (June 29). • With this change, those MPs that were showing Yellow or Red for both ENG.001 and ENG.004 due to their status of their interface design, will no longer be showing Yellow or Red for ENG.001.

Engagement Activities Updates (Cont.) • ENG.002 - Technical Specifications Reviewed (Markets, Settlements, TCR, ICCP Handbook) • Change in assumption • Original assumption was that ICCP would be a part of Connectivity testing • ICCP will not be a part of Market Trials Connectivity Testing and will be tested directly through the ICCP workstream • For July, ICCP Handbook review question will be excluded from the reports • We will update the completion date for this question to align with the dates for ICCP Connectivity Testing. • MPs should no longer be showing Yellow or Red for ENG.002 due to the review of the ICCP Handbook. • Participant Interface Design status should not be dependent on the ICCP Handbook

  6. Changes to Participant Engagement Details • Updates summarized in “Introduction” tab • “High-Level Activities” tab • Reviewed member milestone mapping • “Activity Descriptions” tab • Made discussed updates to ENG.001 and ENG.002 • “Questionnaire” • Updated impacted corresponding activities

Lessons Learned & Reminders • Changes to the RYG status are completed through changing the responses in questionnaire • Survey links will be added to the email with the MP-Level Reports to make it easier for you to update your responses, if needed • We welcome any variance analysis or comments that you would like included on the dashboard • Please include the Readiness & Metrics email address on your correspondence with SPP (for tracking purposes)
