  1. YOUR MONTHLY REPORTS EXPLAINED What do they all mean?   1. Ranking Report This report shows the current ranking positions of your agreed keywords in Google, Yahoo & Bing. A green arrow mean that your rankings have improved over the last 30 days and the number in green shows how many places your rankings have improved by. An equal sign means that the rankings have stayed the same. A red arrow and the number in red shows the amount of places your rankings have fallen by. Not in Top 100 means that your rankings are not in the Top 100 places of that Search Engine. You will get more traffic as soon as your website hits Page 1 of Google, i.e. Google rankings positions 1 to 10. The idea is to see an increase in your monthly rankings and to see an increase in rankings each month. It generally takes around 6 months to get to Page 1 of Google and once you get there, the traffic you get is huge. You can see the breakdown of the estimated traffic percentages that you can get from being on Page 1 of Google. For example, if you want to rank for a word such as “sports team” and this keyword has a monthly search volume of 20,000, if you were Position 1 on Page 1, you would be likely to expect 34.35% of this volume, which is 6,870 visits a month. The idea behind the ranking report is to show you that you are on the right path and to show increases in your rankings each month. As long as you are seeing improvements each month, you now you are on the right path to success. 2. Traffic Report This report gives you details of your traffic over the past 30 days and breaks down where your traffic has come from. We use Google Analytics to generate this report. 3. Business Profile Listing This is an Excel file showing that we have submitted your website in business profile listing websites. The idea behind this is to improve your web presence and increase your back links which will improve your website rankings.
