  2. What is Yoga? Every day when you wake up from your sleep, the health of the body sets the tone for the rest of the day. Any ailment in the body can quickly put the body in some damper on the enthusiasm of your body, and soon the endurance will start to perform in a bad way while doing the tasks. The brain is the phenomenal part of the body, and that carries most of the task in daily life.

The survey asked a group of more than 100 people with the mental disorder, who also practice yoga, to rank how the practice affects their lives. Many deemed it beneficial to mental health, and one in five called yoga "life-changing." While it's important to emphasize that this was a self-reported survey, it's possible that the sense of Zen yogis tout could do a lot of good for those living with bipolar disorder.
