Analysis of Rotational and Vibrational Raman Spectra in Virtual State Dynamics

This study investigates the characteristics of Stokes and Anti-Stokes lines observed in Rotational and Vibrational Raman spectra of a sample in virtual state with a rotational quantum number DJ=±1. The analysis focuses on the effective transitions between various rotational states (J, J+2, J-2) and their corresponding vibrational states (V=0, V=1). Emphasis is placed on the comparison of Raman spectra to elucidate the underlying dynamics of molecular interactions.
