The project "The City of Children" empowers children to advise city officials, promoting autonomy and participation. Children meet monthly, giving advice without adult interference. The Municipal Council meets annually, led by the President, fostering children's voices and opinions on city matters.   1. AIMS • The Council created in the belief that children can effectively contribute to better city government. • The project intends to promote two key aspects in children's life: their autonomy and their participation.

  2. How it works • In the project "The City of Children" it has the function of "giving advice" to adults, this has a close relationship with the board, its purpose is not to simulate the operation of 'local authority. It meets once a month at the premises of the Laboratory "The city of children" and adults do not participate in the meetings, except the operators. The only adult who has the right to participate whenever he wants to ask and listen, is the President. • The Municipal council meets once a year.
