Update on the TTTC sponsored events • HOST is being voted for TTTC sponsorship • International Workshop on Hardware-Oriented Security and Trust • Design for Reliability workshop is being proposed to be held in conjunction to ITC • A new name for three merged workshops • Int’l Mixed-Signals, Sensors, and Systems Test Workshop (IMS3TW) • NDCS will be held the first time in Sep. • Int’l Workshop on Design & Test of Nano Devices, Circuits and Systems

General discussion:Update of TTTC’s offerings for CS’s new rules • Composite TMRF • For co-located events • Pilot project is VTS/SDD/WTW • A working improvement • For all international workshops • Because no hotel contract involved etc. • Merging similar topical workshops • Such as the new workshop IMS3TW 2008 • combines 3 workshops into one. • used to be mixed-signal, giga-hertz test and system test workshops. • IEEE Philadelphia • BTW is our first pilot project

  5. General discussion:Discuss how to control and monitor conference budget • Open discussion • Experiences sharing • How to enable the workshop to realize the problems of its budget before it is too late • Enable TTTC’s visibility of so that we can provide help before it gets worse

General discussion: Email reminder • lettermelater web site will be used to send out email reminders of important TMRF timeline based on the event schedule of current year • To ensure that lettermelater is not being blocked by your junk email server, you will receive an email from it, sent by me

General discussion: important timeline • The TMRF will not be approved if the TMRF submitted less than four months prior to the event. • Email reminder will be sent 6 months in advance • A new meeting TMRF must be received 12 months prior to the proposed meeting date. • The deadline for submitting final reports is six months. • Email reminder will be sent 5 months after the event

General discussion: • TMRC web site • http://tmrc.tttc-events.org • A working improvement • Password required to view information that is only for TMRC members • such as your event reports • tmrc2008 for now • Please include the 3-page TTTC information in your workshop’s proceeding • The most update version is always on line at TMRC web site
