  2. Introduction • Mr. Zepeda CEO of Universal Copy • Established in 2006 • Has 128 employees assets of 16 million • Major roles are to increase his clientele promote his business

Company Overview • Universal Copy is a copy service for workers compensation and personal injury cases, who assists in document retrieval, summarization, set- up, subpoenas, and due diligence records. • Through Universal Copy,is provided on the job- training, employment opportunities for low income neighboring communities, no working experienced prior to Universal, and jobs to those in special government programs.

  4. Background of Mr.Zepeda • Mr. Zepeda was born in Bellflower California • At the age of 12 was sent to live at his grandmothers for the duration of middle school and high school. • Got married at 16 • At the age of 26 started Universal Copy

  8. How Developed? Mr. Zepeda’s grandmother was his major influence. By telling him family come first. He became motivated when he can’t buy an ice cream for his son. Got injured on the job took worker compensation courses while disabled, and decided this is what he wanted to do.
