  2. MEMBERSHIP (Based on Dues Paid till 31st March 2013) Anil Govindani (District Secretary 12-13) 85% Retention and /or Net Growth of 5% or 3 members, whichever is less. (Minimum 2 – At least one lady member and one young member less than 40 yrs. OR Assisting Growth of Promising /New club/s (at least one member) Points 5.

  3. MEMBERSHIP (contd) Anil Govindani (District Secretary 12-13) • Net growth of 10% or 7 members – whichever is less. Points 10. • A)Sponsoring a new Rotary club or • B)Net Growth of 15% and above or 10 members-which ever is less. Points 15.

  4. DIGITAL ROTARY Anil Govindani (District Secretary 12-13) Club Website with E-Bulletin sent to members or E-OCV Book prepared. Points 5. A)Active club website with information updated regularly and E-Bulletin sent to atleast 10 important non Rotarians in the community. B)Uploading data through “MEMBER ACCESS” on RI website or uploading club project on “PROJECTLINK” inviting International participation. Points 10.
