  3. I have logged in using Huat Lee’s account. The account was activated as it prompt me to change new password. But there is no 60 points awarded upon log in.

  4. I have updated some prizes in the prize catalog but here I cant see any prizes when I log in as Huat Lee or Cybernetic

  7. Do we still need to have these points here, since we can put in the following text under ‘Description’? Text ‘For fully synthetic products, every $5 spent = 3 points.

Password Issues • If a user forgot the password, what will be the process now that email is not mandatory? • Motul requests to have a copy of the password list (updated ones - the one which the user changed from the first log-in). How can this be generated when current passwords are encrypted? I have used Huat Lee code to request for new password and the msg was that the request has been sent to the administrator. So far, I have not received an email saying that Huat Lee request for new password.
