West of Hancock to East Ramps of Turnpike Project 238429-4 (5.464 Miles) • This Project is in Construction • Expected Early completion date: • Late Summer 2011 • Originally FY 2008 Deferred to FY • 2009 • Project contains 1 mile of • exception (Plaza Collina) completed • prior to this contract • Contractor on schedule to earn all • bonuses & incentives • Involves realigning Oakland Ave. • connection at SR 50 in Town of • Oakland

East Ramps of Turnpike to Avalon Rd Project 239535-2 (1.269 Miles) • Updated Plans are currently in review • Utility Coordination is ongoing • Production Date: February 1, 2012 • This segment does not include lighting • because it is not justified • Originally FY 2010 Deferred to FY 2012. In • tentative Work Program (Not yet adopted) • Town of Oakland & City of Winter Garden • are Stakeholders

Good Homes Rd. to Pine Hills Rd Project 239535-4 (3.631 Miles) • Currently under construction • Originally programmed FY 2008 • deferred to FY 2009 • Anticipated completion: March 2011 • LFA’s (Local Funding Agreements) to • assist funding the design and cost for • Mast Arm upgrades • Initiating lighting agreements with • utility owners • 7 months minimum to design & construct once agreements are in place.
