Sports Village USA Real Estate Update • Hampton Inn & Suites ~ Under LOI with Sports Village Hospitality Frisco, LLC, for its acquisition of approximately 2 acres in order to develop a 97-room Hampton Inn & Suites. The purchaser has acquired the Hilton franchise. Sale expected to close on or around December 1, 2009. • Eagle Gymnastics under contract to acquire approximately 1.77 acres; Sale anticipated to close on or around November 1, 2009. • 18,000 square-foot building that would likely be utilized for tenants such as a dance studio, medical users, etc. This particular opportunity would include a land sale to a new entity of approximately 2 acres. • Other prospects ~ dance group, rock climbing, wellness center, sports medicine

  8. Fieldhouse USA ~ Academy and Alliances • Black Star Academy – Fieldhouse USA is partnering with Black Star Academy presented by Rolando Blackman, Spud Webb and Donnie Nelson. The partnership will introduce a new concept in Basketball training and will feature instructors with extensive backgrounds ~ playing, coaching and competing at the college and NBA levels. Blackstar will provide all instruction and bear the associated costs. • Skyline Volleyball – Fieldhouse USA is partnering with one of the nation’s elite select volleyball programs: Skyline Juniors Volleyball Club. The partnership will involve a combination of teams, tournaments, camps, clinics and the Fieldhouse U Academy. The academy program will run year round with instruction provided by top level coaches from within the Skyline program. • Group Dynamix – Fieldhouse USA has formed a business alliance with Group Dynamix (GDX). GDX is in the business of providing teambuilding and group outing services. • Clean Video Solutions – Fieldhouse USA is discussing business alliance with Clean Video Solutions. CVS is in the business of providing video streaming and would utilize Fieldhouse USA in providing cameras for basketball courts for the purpose of video of contests. Video would be accessible for customers viewing or purchase.
