  1. How to Increase Your Treasure in Life Matthew 6:19 - 21

  2. Earthly Treasure – is our time, talent, money, revelation, and freedom. ““Don’t store treasures for yourselves here on earth where moths and rust will destroy them and thieves can break in and steal them. But store your treasures in heaven where they cannot be destroyed by moths or rust and where thieves cannot break in and steal them. Your heart will be where your treasure is.” Matthew 6:19-21 NCV

  3. Renewing Your Inner Person Matthew 6:19 - 21 How to Increase Your Treasure in Life

  4. “The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].” JOHN 10:10 AMP

  5. What’s Your Daily Focus & Motivation? INWARD OR OUTWARD

  6. “Then he said, “Beware! Guard against every kind of greed. Life is not measured by how much you own.” Then he told them a story: “A rich man had a fertile farm that produced fine crops. He said to himself, ‘What should I do? I don’t have room for all my crops.’ Then he said, ‘I know! I’ll tear down my barns and build bigger ones. Then I’ll have room enough to store all my wheat and other goods. And I’ll sit back and say to myself, “My friend, you have enough stored away for years to come. Now take it easy! Eat, drink, and be merry!”’ “But God said to him, ‘You fool! You will die this very night. Then who will get everything you worked for?’ “Yes, a person is a fool to store up earthly wealth but not have a rich relationship with God.”” Luke 12:15-21 NLT

  7. “…For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7b NKJV)

  8. When our motive and focus is for pleasing God and fulfilling His dream in the lives of others, this is synonymous with “seeking first the Kingdom…” and the end result will always be increase for God, increase in the lives of those we serve, and increase in our lives.

  9. "Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? "Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' "For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:30-33 NKJV)

  10. To increase your treasure don’t seek to be rich and never trust in your riches. He who trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous shall flourish as the green leaf. (Proverbs 11:28 WEB) But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. (1 Timothy 6:9-10 NKJV)

  11. God calls us to be Servant Leaders who focus on the development & enrichment of others. He does not call us to be volunteers in His Kingdom. Volunteers/HelpersServant Leaders -They assist when/where they can with restrictions -They own what they do & are a part of -Possess a contribution mentality -Possess a sacrifice mentality -Involvement is occasional; part-time -Involvement is ongoing & permanent; full-time -Often have a personal agenda -Are driven by God’s agenda/vision -Find agitation & discontent with something in -Find contentment in God’s will being the process done -What do I get out of this? -What can I give into this? -Possess very little passion about their involvement -Are grateful for every opportunity to serve -Failure is someone else’s responsibility and problem -Takes failure personally and springs into action quickly to correct it.

  12. “The bottom line in leadership [serving] isn’t how far we advance ourselves but how far we advance others.” John Maxwell

  13. Seek to be make God rich and increase comes to everybody; God, others, and you. “Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and generous to those in need, always being ready to share with others. By doing this they will be storing up their treasure as a good foundation for the future so that they may experience true life.” 1 Timothy 6:17-19 NLT
