Recipe for French Fries Ingredients:PotatoesVegetable OilSalt (optional)Directions*Peel and wash potatoes.*Slice potatoes into 1/2 x 1/2 inch strips.*Rinse or soak potato strips in water.*Let dry (about 5 minutes)*Drop potato strips into hot (375 degrees) Oil*Fry until golden brown. (about 5 or 10 minutes)*Remove from pot and drain on paper towels.If you're using salt, sprinkle it now.
