  2. Where does your disaster/event typically happen? • Hurricanes usually happen on the south eastern corner of the U.S.A. Hurricanes also happen in the tropics. Hurricanes happen most of the time in the summer.

  3. Hurricane Frequency My disaster happens in the U.S.A. at least 5 times every 3 years. Hurricane season is in the summer, June, July, August, and September.

  4. Involved with Hurricanes The ocean and the atmosphere.

  5. What usually happens • What usually happens if it is on a beach the sand gets pushed back. Trees break and limbs fall. Trees get uprooted, yards get destroyed.

  6. Most Extreme Conditions • The most extreme thing that could happen is multiple cities get destroyed and houses get flooded and are drifted away in the flood.

  7. Scale/Rating This is a scale on hurricanes . If you rate hurricanes this is what you would rate it on, categories. The most destructive is a category 5 hurricane, the least destructive is a category 1 hurricane.

  9. After Effects • What happens after the hurricane is no better than the actual hurricane. The power lines are like broken sticks, therefor there is no electricity. Everything is flooded and wet.
