  7. ROUTE THREE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM THE PROBLEM Some people are MEAN when they try and give constructive criticism. They use little EMPATHY Some people can give constructive criticism, but when someone else gives to them, they cannot take it. Instead they get angry or upset and stroppy.
