Programme Directors Key outcomes of the review: • Ensure role profile and job description include leadership and management at L, SL and PL level which will then capture undertaking programme leadership activity • Complexity grid to inform resourcing of PD roles • Principles paper for Deans around assigning PD roles (still in draft at the moment) • Framework of PD activity designed by reviewers that captures range of programme management activity • Development & Support
