  2. Question 1 :I am connecting to MySA and get a error message on MySA Please contact AP: apcrmhd@my.ibm.comEMEA: eumysa@uk.ibm.comNA & LATAM: bcc@us.ibm.comJapan: mysajp@jp.ibm.comOr call partnerworld contact services  Question 2: If I have a question to the Systems Deal Registration process, who should I contactQuestions on the Systems Deal Registration process can be raised to the IBM Deal Registration contact in your Question 3 : Who can raise a Systems Deal RegistrationThe Systems Deal Registration can be raised by the Reseller , Distributor or a 3 party. The person raising the Deal Registration will typically be the the opportunity owner of the opportunity. It is important that the Distributor and Reseller is added to the opportunity, for them to be able to see and update the Opportunity and the Deal Registration Question 4: If a Reseller mark a opportunity "BP Private", no IBM'er  will be able to see this What will happen if they make a Deal Registration for this opportunity, can a IBM'er see this If they submit an opportunity marked "BP Private" for a systems Deal Registration only IBMers the Business Partner has specifically put on the Sales Team or IBMers with access toMySA/IM for review and approval will be able to see it.   If the BP put an IBMer on the Sales Team the IBMer will be able to see the opportunity but not the Systems Deal Registration.   Once the BP remove the "BP Private"   flag on the opportunity the opportunity becomes visible to IBMers and can not be put back on.

The development team is working on a facility for the Distributor to transfer opportunity ownership to the Reseller. Same for the Deal Registration.   The Systems Deal Registration is tied to the opportunity so if the BP (Tier 1 or Tier 2) have visibility to the opportunity they have visibility to the Deal Reg. Remember IBMers can not see the HW Deal Reg unless they have access to MySA/IM.Question 7 : How can a partner request a new customer number A valid customer number is required to establish a Systems Deal Registration When the customer is not available in on the look up facility creating the opportunity, the partner can connect with there IBM contact and request the customer number. For Europe/MEA please see appendix A
