Create a new presentation • Adding slides: Choose New Slide Option or select a slide in Slides plane and Press enter • Modify Text and Layout • Reorder Slides: Click on Slide Sorter View or else rearrange in Slides plane • Apply a Theme: Go to Design Tab in Ribbon.
Presentation development • Insert Clip Art: Click on add Clip Art Option Or go to Insert Tab -> Clip Art ( Images Section) • Adding Table: Go to Insert Tab -> Table • Animations • Transitions • Header and Footer: Go to Insert Tab -> Header & Footer option (text Section)
Pictures • Insert Picture: Click on Picture option Or else go to Insert Tab -> Picture (Images) • Remove background: Go to Format Tab -> Remove Background
Pictures • Apply Artistic Effects : Picture tools Format Tab -> Artistic Effects (Adjust Group) • Crop: Right Click on Picture and select “Format Picture” , choose CROP • Compress: Picture tools Format Tab -> Compress Pictures • Create Background from a Picture: Go to Design Tab -> Background Styles -> Format Background-> “Insert From” and choose the file
Video • Adding Video: Select “Insert Media Clip” option or Go to Insert Tab -> Video (Media group) • Formats Supported by PowerPoint: • .asf (Windows Media File) • .avi (Windows Video File) • .mpg or .mpeg (Movie File) • .swf (Adobe Flash Media) • .wmv(Windows Media Video File) • Format Video : Video Styles, Video Effects, Poster Design • Video Playback Options:-How to start? - Trim - Play Full Screen - Rewind - Fade In and Fade Out
