On Monday, September 24th, you’ll have 20 minutes to complete Benchmark Tests. If you finish early, grab a vocabulary chart and start working on Unit 3, which focuses on the poems "Richard Cory" and "Miniver Cheevy." Objectives include completing the Benchmark Test, defining vocabulary words, and analyzing the connection of these poems to the American Dream. Remember important upcoming dates: Vocabulary work is due Friday, September 28th; quiz on Monday, October 1st; and no school on September 26th.
