Submissions • Computer Society, Black IT Forum, SA Communications Forum, Information Technology Association, National Association of Broadcasters, Electronic Industries Federation, Communications Cabling Association...et al • Points of view, negotiating positions, political statements, immovable objects?

Highlights • Agree on the principles – BBBEE Act, and all • Agree on the structure – Core Components • Agree on the process – Working Group, Task Team, Research Team, Indaba, Roadshow & Workshop • Agree on the outcome – faster transformation of the economy, specifically the ICT sector So why are we beginning to disagree?
