Kilt Lifter • Scottish Style Ale • Made in Tempe, AZ • Click the Beer  • Alcohol by volume is 6% • IBU = 21 • Strong flavor and high alcohol content (for beer) • Sweet Malty flavor with strong caramel and barley with a dry finish • Works well with BBQ, salads, and Smoked Meats • Official CPK pairing • The Original BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad and BBQ Chicken Pizza

Epicenter • Made in the San Tan Brewery in Chandler • Style- American Amber • Alcohol by volume is 5.5% • IBU = 20 • A “Gateway Ale” for non-beer drinkers with a prominent caramel flavor • Pairs well with BBQ • Best CPK pairing • Thai Chicken Pizza • BBQ Chicken Pizza • Even better with Bacon *The subtle sweet flavor of epicenter pairs with the tangyness of our BBQ sauce

Fireman’s Brew Blonde • Not a Blonde Ale at all but actually a Pilsner • Pilsners are light beers that go with just about anything • Smooth light malt flavoring combines with the light hops to provide a beer with no bitter aftertaste. • ABV is 5% • IBU = 17 • Official CPK pairing • Limits are endless • Habanero Carnitas Pizza • Spaghetti Bolognese • I would stay away from bold flavors ieThai Chicken Pizza and BBQ Chicken Pizza

Gold Road • Made in Flagstaff Arizona in the Mother Road Brewery • ABV 4.3 % • IBU = 19 • Created as an “Easy to Drink” beer • Enticing for a novice drinker • Hint of maltyness with a dry and fruity finish • Kolsch style beers pair best with delicate dishes like fish and salads • I would stay away from Bold Flavors • CPK menu Pairing • Caramelized peach salad with shrimp or the Cedar Plank Salmon

  7. Non local beers • Miller Light • Light Lager • Very light beer, and could essentially pair with anything • 4.17 ABV • IBU- 12 • Has a poor rating in terms of flavor

  8. Corona Extra • Pale lager similar to a pilsner • Served with a Lime • ABV 4.6% • IBU-10 • Rated the best selling beer in Mexico • Pairs with spicy food • HaberneroCarnitas • But will pair with just about anything

  9. Stella Artois • European Pale Lager • Made in Belgium • IBU = 10-12 • ABV 5% • Complements dishes with meat at it’s center

  10. Crispin Cider • Hard Cider • ABV 5% • Fruity flavor and can be served over ice( apple cider ) • Gluten Free • IBU >10 • Don’t forget to swirl it!

  11. Chimay Grand Reserve • Strong Dark Ale • ABV 9% • IBU- N/A • Pairs well with pungent cheeses (Gorgonzola), BBQ, and Brilled meats.

  13. Arrogant Bastard Ale • VERY strong ale • ABV 7.2% • IBU- Classified • Flavor Profile- Classified • Has an outstanding beer rating

  14. Rogue Brutal IPA • American Indian Pale Ale • ABV 5.8% • IBU- 59 • Pairs well with items like the Pear and Gorgonzola Pizza or the Jumbalaya

  15. Guinness Extra Stout • Irish Dry Stout • ABV 6% • Stouts have about 50 IBU • Pairs well with Heavy Food • And chocolate
