Clinical Impact of ECXM+: Graft Function Analysis in Kidney Transplant Recipients

This study assesses the clinical impact of ECXM+ by comparing graft function in six recipients with their paired ECXM- kidney transplant counterparts. Graft function was measured at detection time (t0) of positive ECXM and five years post-t0, focusing on serum creatinine levels and proteinuria. These findings contribute to understanding the implications of early ECXM positivity on long-term graft health and patient management after kidney transplantation.
