  3. Chốngchỉđịnh Khivàngdado tăngbilirubintrựctiếp.

  4. Nguyêntắc • Cầnchiếuđènsớmđặcbiệt ở trẻđẻ non. • Thựchiệnđúng qui trìnhkỹthuật. • Trẻcầnphảiđượcnằmtrầnchỉmặctãđểdacủatrẻtiếpxúcvớiánhsángcàngnhiềucàngtốt. • Thayđổitưthế 2 giờ/lần. • Bảođảmthânnhiệtchotrẻ. • Chemắtvàbộphậnsinhdụckhichiếuđèn. • Bồiphụđủlượngnướcmấtkhichiếuđèn. Khuyếnkhíchdùngsữamẹ.

  5. Nguyêntắc • Kiểmtrabilirubinmáu 12 - 24 giờ/lầnvàdựavàokếtquảxétnghiệmbilirubingiántiếpvàtoànphầnđểcóchỉđịnhtiếptụcđiềutrịbằngphươngphápchiếuđènnữa hay không. • Ngừngchiếuđènkhi: vàngdagiảmrõ, bilirubintrởvềbìnhthường. • Chuyểnthaymáunếuchiếuđènkhônghiệuquả, bilirubintăngcao.

  6. Chămsóctheodõi • Theo dõicânnặng, đảmbảonănglượngnuôidưỡngtrẻtùytheongàytuổivàcânnặng. • Theo dõitìnhtrạngda, triệuchứngthầnkinh… trênlâmsàng. • Theo dõiđườnghuyết, bilirubinmáuvàđiệngiảiđồđểkịpthờiđiềuchỉnh
