  7. Is Carbonated Water Bad? • It’s safe to drink • Many people find it more enjoyable than plain water • Prices range • Other names: sparkling water, seltzer water, soda water, club soda

  8. Can You Drink Too Much Water? • Too much water can lower sodium levels to dangerous levels • Don’t go overboard: more is not necessarily better! • Symptoms often mimic dehydration!

  9. Tips for Drinking More Water • Try flavored carbonated water (seltzer water) • Add lemon or lime to water • Keep a bottle of water at work in a convenient place • Eat more fruits and vegetables
