  2. With Powerpoint, you can create professional presentations. You can spend a lot of time fiddling with buttons and menus, transitions, animations, add graphics, video, audio, etc. You can change the slide layout, for example with the Slide Master tool. Every slide will then have the same layout, which makes your presentation consistent. But one of the main points is that you get your message across and focus on what you actually want to say. A simple presentation set out in the proper way may be a lot better than the fancy one with graphics zooming through and slide transitions. Don’t overload your slides!
