  2. Building the Why Articulate the why for the account: • External Why – The practice • Online presence • Strengthen brand strategy • Importance of reviews • Local dominating searches • Internal Why – the Allergan Team • Showing the value of Allergan • Credential APC services – staying current

  3. Pre-Planning & Watchouts • Need to have someone that can implement • Find past locations and moves • How do they want their name branded (MD or Practice Name?) • Don’t go too deep • Don’t present too much information – try to focus on 3 things • Remind them that this is a snapshot!

  4. Assignment • Three groups. • Each work on one portion of the assessment: • Group 1: Andrew & Brian – Search Engine • Group 2: Bernie & Aimee – Medical Directories • Group 3: Matt, Leigh and Marie – Business Listings • Give insight on how you would : • Begin the overall presentation of the report • Discuss your section of the report • Recommend next steps for the account
