  2. The names of God • There is two different name for the God that I choose. He has Greek name and Roman name. His Greek name is Hermes. And his Roman name is Mercury.

  3. Symbols associated with the Gods • His symbols include the tortoise, the cock, the winged sandals, and the caduceus.

  4. The domain of God • The domain of God is messenger of the Gods, God of commerce and thieves.

  5. Relatives • Hermes is the son of Zeus and Maia (one of the Pleiades). And Hermes has a son, Autolycus. Autolycus was the son of Chioneand Hermes.

  6. Relatives (Part 2) • Chione was the beautiful daughter of Daedalion, and was desired by both Apollo and Hermes.

  7. Does this god have a weapon • Hermes wields a magical wand called the Caduceus, which enables him to control beings lesser than Gods, transform objects into gold, and channel magical energies

  8. Special powers of the god • Hermes possesses the conventional Olympian godly attributes of superhuman physical properties, vitality, and functional immortality.

  9. Special personality traits • He was extremely arrogant and deceitful due to the fact that he is the god of thievery.

  10. Myth with the god as the main character • When Hermes was young, he stole his brother’s (Apollo) cow. And he killed the cow and sacrificed the cow to the God. When Apollo noticed that he killed his cow, he told his dad (Zeus) to punish him. So Hermes made a musical instrument to apologize to him. So Apollo eventually forgive him, and gave him a equipment.

  11. Things that I’ve discovered • I’ve discovered that Hermes was really fast and deliver a message a lot. When I read a story about him, Zeus always ordered Hermes to deliver a message.
