The common people flee the country due to drug wars and rebellion against the government (Over 3 million have fled due to the fighting). Two groups in opposition of the government are the ELN and Farc. Farc and the Colombian government hold peace talks (Calling a unilateral 2 month cease fire).

  3. History of Colombia The United States are involved in Colombia‘s drug problem. The U.S. has spent billions to help train Colombian government forces to enforce laws. Currently it is the model for Latin America Revolution turned into movement They are still struggling to achieve peace in Colombia
