This project outlines the reconstruction and expansion of health facilities planned for fiscal years 2006-2008, including the establishment of 110 prefab healthcare units. Key health facilities, such as BHU Sehran Abbottabad, BHU Kathai Mansehra, RHC Khalana, and BHU Salmiyah Muzaffarabad, are targeted for improvements. The project aims to enhance service delivery, reduce child and maternal mortality rates, lower acute respiratory infections, and mitigate waterborne diseases. Efficient disease early warning systems will help avert epidemics and increase public confidence in government health services.
