This initiative focuses on enhancing quality of life for women aged 70+ living with Alzheimer's, promoting their independence at home. A collaborative effort involving experts in geriatrics, pharmacy, and family medicine, we aim to provide innovative solutions and holistic support systems. By shifting care models and utilizing breakthrough thinking, we address the challenges of dementia management while alleviating the burden on caregivers. Understanding the economic and emotional impact, we connect caregivers, patients, and health professionals, fostering dialogue and finding humor in the journey.
