  10. Endotracheal intubation Cricothyrotomy

  11. ปลอกเข็ม No. 16 ข้อต่อ endotracheal tube No 3.5

  12. ปลอกเข็ม No. 16 หลอดฉีดยา 3 ml ข้อต่อ endotracheal tube No 7.5 (ขนาดผู้ใหญ่)

  13. ปลอกเข็ม No. 16 หลอดฉีดยา 10 ml Endotracheal tube ผู้ใหญ่

  14. Emergencycricothyrotomy

  15. Case 2 ผู้ป่วยเด็กชายอายุ 2 ปี มีประวัติไอมีเสมหะ 1 เดือน ไม่มีไข้ ไม่แน่ใจเรื่องประวัติสำลักอาหาร, พ่นยาขยายหลอดลมแล้วไม่ดีขึ้น PE HEENT normal Lung wheezing Rt > Lt CVS normal S1S2
