Activités dans tunnel Activités dans tunnel (AT-CRI): • Découpe + souder nouvelles brides aux extremités: • Bride DN64 sur SSS (ligne de busbar) • flexible froid & chaud (sont à ce moment fermé) • Connections électriques • Brasage resistive pour 6kA • Ultrason pour 600A • Souder lignes internes • Installer MLI lignes internes (10 couches) • Installer écran thermique + MLI (30 couches) • Fermeture enveloppe extérieur AT/CRI-ci, 13.09.2006

  21. Test électrique Test électrique • 1er test: après connection électrique + isolation • 2ième test: après fermeture lignes internes -> chaque connection peut être testé independament AT/CRI-ci, 13.09.2006

  22. Tests de fuite (1L, 1R, 5L, 5R) AT/CRI-ci, 13.09.2006

Integration • Interference avec supports chambres à vide -> Hendrik Kos & Vincent Baglin feront modifications • Soutenir le flexible chaud DSL avec un support qui sera fixé un support fix des chambres à vide • Supports VAB sont adapté pour faire passer l’interconnection • Pas d’interference avec BPTX au pt 5 Note: L’interconnection DSL/aimant doit se faire avant l’installation des supports VAB et chambres à vide qui sont dans la zone d’interconnection AT/CRI-ci, 13.09.2006

Planning and Status drawings Planning interconnection drawings • Interconnection drawings for DSL TYPE-I, so connections between DSL and Q4/D2, Q5, Q6 -> 50% finished • Interconnection drawings for DSL TYPE-I between DSL and DFBL; • Interconnection drawings for DSL TYPE-I of the electrical connection inside the DFBL; • Interconnection drawings for DSL TYPE-II internally; • Interconnection drawings for DSL TYPE-II between DSL and DFBAF/DFBLC.
