  2. History • Original survey ran from 2004 to 2009 based on an Excel Spreadsheet completed by Participants • First online version for financial year 2010/11 • Revisions and improvement for 2011/12 - undergoing testing at the moment LPGSF/ LPBG Joint Open Day

  3. Survey Activation • Lead Officer (Supervisor) from each participating organisation receives an email with credentials to access the following • User Portal (username and password) • Allocation Survey (link) • Master Response (link) LPGSF/ LPBG Joint Open Day

  4. User Portal • Add other users to complete sections of the survey • Monitor completion of the survey by those users • Access a PDF version of the Survey • Export data for previous surveys • Access Frequently Asked Questions • Generate custom reports LPGSF/ LPBG Joint Open Day

Allocation Survey • Allocate sections to users created through the User Portal • Supervisor can also allocate section(s) to him/herself • Can also mark sections as irrelevant to organisation or no data available • On submission each user gets an email with link to their sections, User Portal login LPGSF/ LPBG Joint Open Day

  11. Monitoring • Supervisor can monitor completion of allocated sections through the User Portal • Easy links to send chase up emails • Other users have access to User Portal for PDF of full version and FAQs LPGSF/ LPBG Joint Open Day

Completion of Survey • Navigation added - no longer have to step though each section repeatedly • Error checking and better error messages • As each user submits their sections the Supervisor is notified by email. • Once all sections are completed the Supervisor reviews the Master Response, completes S21, makes final submission LPGSF/ LPBG Joint Open Day
