  2. focaccia Focaccia is an flat oven-baked Italian bread made with olive oil. Ingredients 30g/1oz fresh yeast½ tsp sugar600ml/1 pint 2fl oz warm water4 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for oiling680g/1½lb strong white flour, plus extra for dusting2 tsp salt2 tbsp olive oil1½ tsp coarse saltleaves from 3-4 rosemary sprigs

  3. Torrone • Torrone is known as nougat is an concoction made from honey,sugar,egg white and toasted almonds. Torrone is usually shaped into either a rectangle tablet or a round cake. It is an traditional dessert for Christmas in Spain and there are some varieties in Italy and Latin America. • Ingredients: • 1 2/3 pounds (700 g) honey • 1 3/4 pounds (800 g) blanched, peeled almonds • 1 3/4 pounds (800 g) sugar • 4 egg whites • Rice paper or edible wafers of the kind used for baking

  4. Prosecco • Prosecco is an Italian wine — generally a dry sparkling wine made from white grape. It is believed Prosecco was produced in the roman times • A bottle of Prosecco di Conegliano spumante extra dry and a glass of prosecco frizzante, which stops forming bubbles soon after pouring.

  5. Strega • Strega is an Italian herbal liquor produced since 1860 by the S.A distilleria Liquore in benevento,campania,Italy. Also strega is made from grain!!!
