Enhancing Community Healthcare Efficiency in Grampian: RTCC Programme Insights

The RTCC Programme in Grampian, facilitated by Rebekah Tait, aims to address the lack of clarity in patient time and staff utilization within community settings. We are developing a comprehensive database, workload analysis tools, and a caseload management tool to create an integrated approach for healthcare delivery. Our key outcomes include active measurement of benefits, engaging with key partners, and continuously pursuing improvement through structured planning and delivery processes. Over 150 community teams are involved, aiming for significant improvements by March 2012.
