  10. Enhanced Lifeline update • 4 wireless carriers have been approved to offer Enhanced Lifeline: • Boomerang • AirVoice • BlueJay • TracFone

  11. Enhanced Lifeline Subscribers *November 2017, FCC released the lifeline Order which would not allow wireless resellers to provide enhanced tribal lifeline services. Boomerang won that appeal on February 1, 2019 and therefore will prepare their 2019 distribution strategy.

  12. Next Steps • Continue to work with selected carriers to discuss outreach/education strategies to participants. • Encourage wireless LifeLine providers to participate in Federal Enhanced Lifeline program. • Continue to work with the CPUC Tribal Liaison to discuss strategies of how to increase participation.
