She saw the ads on the Craigslist. • 李小音 visits the place, negotiates the rent, utility, payment method • They reach the agreement and set the date of moving • Dialogues must include new vocabulary and new grammar particles. • Dialogues will be performed - no book or card • Dialogues will be evaluated as a quiz and at all four skills 听说读写
