Recommended Position: WATCH • AB 2119 (Stone) Local taxes: transactions and use taxes. • AB 2554(Rendon) Clean, Safe, and Reliable Drinking Water Act of 2014. • AB 2686 (Perea) Clean, Safe, and Reliable Drinking Water Supply Act of 2014. • SB 927(Cannella) Safe, Clean, and Reliable Drinking Water Supply Act of 2014. • SB 1250(Hueso) Safe, Clean, and Reliable Drinking Water Supply Act of 2014.

  3. Recommended Position: SUPPORT • AB 2176(John A. Pérez) Requires Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development to recommend for a statewide economic development strategic plan. • AB 2280(Alejo)Authorizes the establishment of Community Revitalization and Investment Authorities.   • SB 936 (Monning)Monterey Peninsula Water Management Dist.: financing orders/water rate relief bonds.
