  2. If you click on the “About” page at the • So Loved website...

  3. You will be led to a video that introduces So Loved and the conference theme.

  4. To advertise the conference, send people the following link, so that they can watch the video: solovedconference.org/about.htm

  5. Further down on that page, you can read about the title, theme, passages, and pictures from previous conferences.

  6. If you click on the “Program” page of the website...

  7. You’ll find a detailed program, a downloadable program, and a video explaining all the details of the conference program.

  8. Email people the following link, so that they can download the latest conference program: solovedconference.org/program.htm

  9. At the bottom of that page, people can download a Prezi to watch an overview explaining our conference program in detail.

  10. Our website also contains a downloadable hardcopy invitation for the conference that you can print out and give to your friends and those you’re inviting. http://www.solovedconference.org/information.htm#Media • We’ll be sending all our local chapters (through regular mail) our conference program in a poster format that they can post on a wall in their meeting place or home, to pray for the event.

  12. Registration • The registration site is still under development. As of today, we can login and complete the following information: • Personal Information • Housing and Meals • Travel • Payment • (- Special Sessions coming Mid-June)

Registration • If the “Group Inviter” function is used, even if you use $50 to invite someone, their registration remains “unconfirmed,” and will be uncounted in the system. • Such persons must personally log into the system with their email and temporary password, as well as enter their personal information. Then, their registration will be counted. • Group Inviter

Registration • Families bringing more than one child under the age of 18 should select “Family Housing” instead of “Individual Housing.” • After these families fill in their information, a conference registration staff will personally email them to assist them. • If they have already selected “Individual Housing” for their child under 18, they should log in and change their selection to “Family Housing.” • Questions regarding housing should be directed to housing@solovedconference.org • Family Registration

  15. Children Registration Registration • HBF children will join together in the evenings in their residence hall for special group Bible studies designed for them. Questions about HBF can be directed to: stoh83@gmail.com. • MBF children will not join together in the evenings; they will study the Bible briefly in small groups during their sessions Friday and Saturday mornings. Questions about MBF can be directed to: t_mceathron@yahoo.com.

  16. Children Registration Registration • Parents of children in MBF and younger should not expect to join the adult group Bible studies at the conference. Instead, they are encouraged to go to their rooms with their children after the evening general sessions for guided family devotions. • After breakfast Sunday morning, childcare is provided, so parents of children in MBF and younger can join an adult small group of their choice to share their reflections on the Bible studies.

Registration • If you need to change your housing, meal plan, choice for World Mission Night or Interest Group Session, or travel information, you can simply log back into the system with your email address and password at any time. • July 1st is the last day to make your changes. After that date, due to planning considerations, we cannot accept any further registration changes. • Changes

  20. Registration Special Sessions: Soon you will be asked to log in to select a World Mission Night Session you would like to attend, as well as an Interest Group Session. Registration Travel: In this section, soon you will be able to let us know when you are arriving at the conference, whether or not you plan to eat dinner on Thursday, and, if you’re traveling to the conference by air, you can request to join the UBF busing to and from the conference place.  Those who want to join the UBF Orchestra will be able to sign up for it in the travel section. Registration Children under 12: Soon families will be able to register for their children under 12. -Ages 6-11: $95 for housing; then select one of the meal plans Ages 5 and under: $95 for housing (for smaller children you can bring your own portable crib and opt out of this fee); meals free. • Watch for these registration updates...

  23. Registration Childcare: Childcare will be provided during the general sessions at the conference. The fee per child for this service is still being determined, but will be under $100. (Please pray for us to hire enough childcare givers from outside UBF.) Questions regarding childcare can be directed to:ubfchildcare@gmail.com. • Watch for these registration updates...

  24. Group Bible Study • Please recommend GBS leaders from your fellowship/campus through the link sent to you. • Fellowship/campuses need to recommend a GBS leader for every 6-8 people they’re bringing. • The GBS committee will help prepare leaders for the conference.

  25. Group Bible Study • GBS will be done in the resident hall rooms where people sleep (either male or female groups). • When you select housing, you are forming groups for Bible study and arranging them with GBS leaders you’ve recommended (again, you will need to recommend a GBS leader for every 6-8 members). •  Questions regarding GBS’s can be directed to: biblestudy@solovedconference.org.

Prayer • We may know the depth of the love of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. • Our UBF community may be refreshed to serve the world anew with God's love. • God may inspire the messengers to deliver life-transforming messages (see their names in the program) • God may lead the international delegates, as well as the North American members and new students to be refreshed and empowered to embrace His compassion and hope for the world.
