Morello Park Elementary (MPE) is committed to differentiated instruction in a modern classroom environment. Teachers utilize smart “clickers” for instant feedback, promoting student engagement and real-time assessment. Each classroom features 5-6 computers to facilitate individualized online learning for grades K-5. Utilizing programs like IXL and Lexia, students can progress at their own pace. In addition, iPads and iPod Touches are actively used across grades for enhanced teaching. Para-professionals support small group instruction, reinforcing differentiated learning through effective intervention strategies.
