On August 7, 2013, CoreNet announced exciting new projects aimed at enhancing the student neighborhood. These developments include the COMAD sphere focusing on Arts & Sciences, Engineering, and Health Sciences, alongside the URBN Center located at 3501 Market Street. Additionally, the LeBow College of Business will see upgrades at 3200 Market Street. The Chestnut Square project will combine mixed-use retail space with student housing, promising to enrich the community and provide modern amenities for students.
