Building the NEW Sexual Harassment eLearning Courses • We Listened to YOU! • More Inclusive • Broadened ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, etc. • Scenarios based on feedback and real-life situations • Technology added • Bystander Concepts • We all play a role! • Other Inappropriate Behaviors • (do not rise to the level of sexual harassment but are still inappropriate) • Tools for addressing these behaviors • Content and Development • Based on Evidence Based Practices • Course Timeline • Driven by content

What we Added: • Sexual Harassment Prevention All Employees • Preventionstrategies to help eliminate sexual harassment. • Creating a positive workplace culture built on integrity, respect, and inclusion. • Bystander role in prevention of sexual harassment. • Inappropriate behaviors that may not rise to the level of sexual harassment but that are still inappropriate. • Tools for addressing inappropriate behaviors. • Standard reporting andinvestigation process. • Reportingsteps based on organization’s policies and procedures. • Course Requirements- Learner must: Review all slides, participate in all activities/scenarios, and complete all assessments.

What we Added: • Sexual Harassment Prevention for Supervisors • Note: This course contains all of the information that is in the SHP for All Employees; supervisors only have to take this course. • Responsibility for creating a positive work culture built on integrity, respect, and inclusion. • Responsibility to take immediate action addressing and/or reporting all inappropriate behaviors. • Role as it relates to Quid Pro Quo and Retaliation Sexual Harassment. • Consequences that may occur when supervisors do not address/report inappropriate behaviors. • Course Requirements- Learner must: Review all slides, participate in all activities/scenarios, and complete all assessments.

LMS Considerations • Replace with current course • Load it as a new course • Working with Training Managers • Sexual Harassment Prevention for Supervisors • Some organizations require supervisors to take both courses. With the new course, that is not necessary. Those organizations would have to adjust their assignments based on the new standard.
