TOK expensescovered Expenses related to Experienced Researchers TOK- DEV: • Monthly living allowance (4-10 years of experience: contract: €47 000/year, stipend: € 23 500/year, >10 years of experience: contract: € 70 500/year, stipend: € 35 250/year) • Travel allowance: at least 1 for each (average € 750), for fellowships from 13-24 months– 2 times • Mobility allowance: monthly payment(€ 800 for fellow with family charges, € 500 without family charges) • Career exploratory allowance (single payment of € 2 000/fellow only for incoming and for stays of at least 12 months). TOK- IAP: Monthly living + travel+ mobility allowances

TOK expensescovered Expenses related to activities of the host TOK- DEV: Basis: no of p/m of researchers sent out - Reimbursement of specific expenses related to the training of researchers in the partner organisation (training, laboratory costs, etc.) within the limit of real cost of € 800 per p/m Basis: no of p/m of researchers hosted • Fixed costs basis (€ 250 per p/m for non-lab, € 500 per p/m for lab based) • Real cost basis (€ 1 200 per p/m) TOK- IAP: • Fixed costs basis (€ 250 per p/m for non-lab, € 500 per p/m for lab based) • Real cost basis (€ 800 per p/m) Direct costs = Expenses related to Researchers + Expenses related to activities of the host

  24. Submitting a proposal Electronic Submission (EPSS) • Register on Web for login & password • On-line proposal writing • You may update your application anytime until deadline. Proposals must arrive before or on the deadline

Marie Curie Actions Marie Curie Conferences and Training Courses To stimulate early stage researchers through participation of conferences and courses • Encourage researchers to benefit from the experience of leading researchers (priority to early stage) • Variety of actions (including virtual ones) • series of conferences, summer schools, training events etc. on a theme or linked themes • No further calls for large conferences* • Funding: Researchers – travel and subsistence, fees for attendance Hosts – organisational expenses, management activities (max 7%), equipment where necessary, publications, invitation of keynote speakers

Marie Curie Actions Conference and Training Courses Features: • Practical events, coherent and non- repetitive (Training courses, conferences) • At least 4 events • Duration max 4 weeks • 1st events should not start earlier than 6 months after deadline • Located in MS or AS (exceptionally in a 3rd country) • Max 150 participants • Duration of the project: up to 4 years • Project size from € 180 000 to € 1 400 000
