  2. Purpose of the Program • Student and/or stakeholder need addressed by the program • High-quality, high-skill opportunities for lifelong learning, personal growth, and career success.

Service Delivery Model • K-12 Counseling curriculum on Career education. • Personal Plans of Study for high school students • Northland Career Center has a variety of opportunities for our high school 11th and 12th graders and pre-vocational programming for 10th graders • Student Endorsements also provide opportunities for high school students

  4. Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL: Park Hill will provide a quality career education program in alignment with MSIP standards. OBJECTIVE: Park Hill will meet all MSIP standards related to data collection and evaluation. Park Hill will meet all curriculum, instruction, and professional development MSIP standards. Park Hill will meet all MSIP standards for student organization, facilities, and equipment. RESULTS: The annual self- monitoring report was 100% compliant.

  5. Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL: The Park Hill Career and Technical Education program will increase opportunities for high school students. OBJECTIVE: Enrollment in career and technical education courses will increase to 30% of credits earned in career education courses as reported on the APR. RESULTS: The result for this objective has declined from 26% to 22.9%. While this still allows for the APR points, our goal is to increase participation in career and technical education course throughout the coming school year.

  6. Program Deployment Status • Services are well deployed, although deployment may vary in some areas or schools.

  7. Future Program Goals to be Evaluated • Increased opportunities in career and technical course offerings and enrollment

Plan for Evaluation Measurable Outcomes Data Collection Methods • Park Hill Title I programs will meet 100% MSIP requirements. • Enrollment in career and technical education courses that serve both career and college preparation will increase to 30% of credits earned in career education courses as reported on the APR. • Assessments • Document reviews • Surveys and questionnaires • Focus Groups
