Application Process • Become a member of Enterprise CarShare by filling out a simple online application • Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an automated email confirming that we have received your application • Enterprise CarShare will review the application and send an approval email with your Member ID (log in) in 1-2 business days • Your membership materials, including your member card, will arrive in the mail in 5-7 business days

  4. The Reservation Process • Download the Enterprise CarShare app to reserve on-the-go! • Log in on the app, or go to EnterpriseCarShare.com and log in with your member ID and password

Car Sharing is Easy: Just Unlock & Go! • At the reserved time, use your member card to unlock the vehicle by holding it over the windshield sensor • Light turns green and the doors will unlock • Keys are in the glove box, simply remove them from electronic key holder • Start the vehicle and use the keys as normal to lock and unlock during your reservation

  7. Returning the Vehicle • Return the vehicle to the original parking space • Place the fob in the key holder in the glove box. Make sure the fob snaps back into place • Remove all personal items and trash, roll up the windows and return seats to passenger position • Exit the vehicle, do not lock the doors. Hold member card over the card reader until the doors lock
