  2. The Planet Mars I’m working on the planet Mars. I chose this planet because scientists say there could have been life once on Mars which got me interested in the planet Mars. I’m going to talk about the planet Mars’s history, what it is, and what inhabits it. First of all, to start off the planet was named after the Greek Go of War aka Mars.

  3. The History of Mars Mars history is described by three eras Noachian, Hesperian, and Amazonian. Mars was discovery on 1659 by Christian Huygens. We know that Mars has two moons Phobos and Deimos. Researchers (scientists) have rovers on Mars to learn more about this planet their names are Spirit and Opportunity.

  4. What Mars Looks Like This is what Mars looks like. Its shape is in a sphere shape. It is 6,792 km across in shape. Its density is 3.933 grams per cubic centimeter. Also Mars has no satellites or rings. Mars surface is full of craters and volcanoes.

  5. What’s on Mars? What’s Mars made of? It is made of iron, crust, liquid, silicates, and sulfur. The atmosphere of Mars is mainly carbon dioxide, nitrogen, argon, oxygen, carbon monoxide, neon, krypton, xenon, ozone, and methane. On Mars you can really find volcanoes and craters like said before.

  6. Facts on Mars Mars rotation is 24 hours, 39 minutes, and 35 seconds. The temperature is -23c and 220f. Some interesting facts I found is Mars is very similar to Earth in rotation and that Mars is too hot to live on.

  7. What We Learned On Mars What I didn’t know was it has more different temperatures and also that the rotation of Mars is just 39 minutes longer than Earth. I thought it was interesting how you can die on Mars even though it has oxygen.
