This report summarizes the outcomes of a two-day seminar conducted by Dr. Ayşen Temen EĞİNLİ from Ege University for 30 teachers in Turgutlu on June 10-11, 2013. The seminar aimed to address conflicts experienced by educators with learners and trainers. A survey revealed that nearly all participants had encountered such conflicts, often influenced by factors such as age, personality, cultural level, motivation, learning ability, psychological state, and gender. Participants found the seminar beneficial and expressed eagerness to attend future seminars.
